Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Noted some minor inconsistencies in the planting plan/plant list.
  • Are there power lines across the front property line?  May want to select a tree that will not grow as tall.  Suggest a smaller maple or crab apple tree that will stay around 18ft range so that it will stay below the power lines.
  • Anticipating about 3 street trees at 40ft on center for the linear length of the front property line.  Can probably take one of the currently proposed trees and move to the front property line.

Date: May 3, 2022
Committee: Local Design Review Committee
Action Type: Approved with Conditions
Conditions:

Motion to approve with the condition to add 2 or 3 street trees at the front property line so that they may be 40ft on center, change the grass material to a non-invasive plant material, move the tree closest to light pole on east property line (perhaps to the front property line).  Final revision can be done administratively.

Final approval provided on 5/09/2022 with the submission of a plan/design that met all of the conditions mentioned above.
